The work involves assisting Engineers and
Architects in specifying, heating, ventilation
and air conditioning equipment for their
buildings. Over the years the
client base increased to assisting design build
and “performance” contractors in building and
retrofitting their structures. Having
lived through the oil embargo days, Cleo has
been an advocate of “green”technology since the
70’s. Cleo is a long standing
member of ASHRAE (American
Society of Heating, Refrigerating and
Air-Conditioning Engineers

design over hundred schools in becoming energy

He primarily handles the design & layout content
